"Forget Your Goal"
The next time you start doing something, figure out your goal. When you have it, just forget about it, as though it didn't mean anything. Instead, concentrate on the "Doing" itself and on every part of the process. Give all of your attention to the doing and not one second on the goal.
Purpose:
When your attention is not focused on what's supposed to happen, doing something will become easier and take less energy..

"Walk"
When you feel buried under your work, stop everything for a minute and take a walk. Outside and inside are just as good. Look around you and breathe slowly, this way you can get your mind off things.
**Giving your mind a 5-min break decreases the feeling of chaos and lowers your stress levels. You will see more clearly and will be able to work more effectively.**

"Thank Yourself For What You Do"
During your workday, write down on small notes all the things you have finished during the day. You can collect the notes in a glass jar on your nightstand at home. Write down even the smallest of things. When you go to bed, have a look at what you've written and thank yourself for even the small things you have done. Instead of thinking about all of the unfinished tasks at work, focus on what you have completed.
**Gratefulness induces positive feelings, which in turn adds motivation to daily activities**

"Boost Up Your Reflection"
Think of one thing where you need boosting up or compliments. Make yourself a rooting sentence. Whenever you are alone and there is a mirror available. look your reflection deep in the eyes and repeat that sentence. It may seem unreal or hard to believe at first, but keep repeating. **When you speak to yourself more positively and smile, you will feel better and a part of you will start believing the words and reacting to the smile. Oftentimes the way you speak to others will change too. "Go To The Centre Of Yourself"
Close your eyes. If there was a centre in you, where would it be? Look for it and keep your attention to it. If the centre feels small, imagine it growing like a balloon. If it's difficult to find your centre, look for it in peace. When you find it, rest in it and breathe. Stay there for about 5 to 10 minutes.
**The purpose of this activity is too remember that by returning to your centre regularly, you will have a better recognition of your emotions, feelings and needs. When you're not just serving others, you will feel more powerful**

"Breathe Thanks"
When you have a moment, close your eyes. Concentrate on your breathing and breathe normally. When you have a normal pace of breathing, whisper "Thank You" every time you breathe in or out. Do this for a while, and concentrate. If you feel good, you can also add the things you're grateful for right now. Breathe this way for 5 to 10 minutes.
**Gratefulness helps us attach ourselves to the present moment. When you feel that you are in this moment, stress reactions will begin to diminish**

"Pick Out The Positive Words"
Try as often as possible, to pick out words that are positive. Even if you are stressed and feel negative, try as often as possible to think about nice things to say to people in different situations.
**Remember when our interactions make us feel good, it lowers our blood pressure, calms down our heart rate and reduces the amount of stress hormones in our body**

2 Tsps. Herbal Tea Leaves (reduce anxiety)
1 Tsps. Elderberry Tea Leaves (boost immune system/reduce stress & packed w/antioxidants)
1 Tsps. Lavender Tea Leaves (reduces stress)
1 Tsps. Honey
3 Slices of Mandarin Oranges
How to Brew:
Brew 16oz. of water at 212 F. to a rapid boil. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
**Add Hazelnut creamer & cinnamon if prefer hot**
